The Customer Support department consists of a team of highly skilled international professionals that transfer their knowledge into customer solutions around the globe. Your main task will be to ensure quality operational services are delivered to all the client’s business partners and associates. The successful candidate will be experienced, highly motivated and proactive.Main TasksAnswer customer service queries and claims and record information from customers, insurance brokers and insurance companies Manage incoming call volumes/enquiries within agreed time scalesEnsure that all information provided is verified and recorded accuratelyMaintain an effective working relationship with Lessors, Customer’s Insurance Brokers/Companies and SuppliersWorking in a professional manner at all timesEnsure that the diary is maintained with the case information so that any member of the team can review a case at any timePrioritise workloads daily in order to ensure company/Lessor/Supplier service level agreements are met if not exceededDeal with any complaint/expression of dissatisfaction made within agreed steps as set out according to complaints handling policyLiaise with the senior management team regarding any issues which may ariseSupport fellow team members to ensure that business as usual is maintainedAct as mentor/buddy to less experienced staff to ensure that they reach the required standardAdhere to the company document at all timesPerform additional duties which the company may require from time to timeRequirements Hbo or Mbo educationGood attention to detail and accurateComputer literateMinimum of 2- 3 years experience preferably in a similar functionGood communication skills in Dutch and EnglishGood organizational skillsProblem solving skillsAdditional Information37.5 hour work week
