It doesn’t matter where you are from, what matters is the impact you have and your passion to make a difference.We are looking for a Salesforce Developer or Product Owner to to join our team in Amsterdam. Your goal will be to improve how we run existing business processes in SalesForce. You will also help us bring new business processes into SalesForce. You will use your knowledge of SalesForce to advise the business on the best solutions for their needs and implement these solutions independently or with the help of contractors or suppliers. As part of the Sales Operations team you will work closely with departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and Professional Services.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage improvement projects where our business processes will be run in SalesForce.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practice solutions to their business needs.
  • Work on the integration of marketing channels with salesforce and on customising opportunity management for sales.
  • Improve business analytics to judge the effectiveness of our marketing spend and to measure the effectiveness of our sales teams on dashboards.
  • Integrate tools such as Aha! and Jira with SalesForce so that our product teams get insight in our existing customers’ needs.
  • Help finance to improve forecasting and billing via SalesForce. Manage contractors and suppliers to deliver larger projects.
  • Who you are:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or in a related field.
  • 3 plus years of Salesforce development experience (APEX and VisualForce)
  • SalesForce developer and administrator certification.
  • Experience working in a commercial environment, preferably with a SaaS-based sales model.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a talent for translating business needs into simple and effective processes.
